Annual Report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Has Arrived

On October 17, DOD ODNI delivered to Congress the Annual Report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) as required by the NDAA. This report covers 291 UAP reports from August 31, 2022, to April 30, 2023, and others not covered in earlier reports.

The report acknowledges that UAP encounters have been reported my military personnel and civilian observers and notes that many of these encounters remain unexplained. The report signifies a shift towards increased openness in addressing UAP encounters.
