Application for Annual MUFON Membership & UFO Journal Subscription

Your MUFON Membership includes a subscription to the MUFON UFO Journal, published monthly by the Mutual UFO Network, Inc. Morrison, Colorado. Second class postage paid.Contact hq@mufon.com with any questions.

$45.00 per year in the U.S., $55.00 outside the U.S. $20.00 for Students 18 years or younger and adults 65 or older. For airmail delivery in the U.S. or Canada add $12.00 per year, for airmail to all other countries add $35.00 per year. Family members at the same address $10.00 per year. Only one Journal per household.
