Scientists Teleport Two Different Objects: This claim was made by Professor Eugene Polzik and his team at the Niels Bohr Institute at Copenhagen University in Denmark. He said they had made a breakthrough by using both light and matter. Teleportation between two single atoms was done two years ago. The new experiment allows teleportation to be taken over longer distances because it involves light as the carrier of entanglement. They have performed entanglement, quantum measurement and quantum feedback. All three are necessary in teleporting quantum information from one site to another site.

Triangular-shaped Flying Structure: On October 11, 2006 a huge triangular-shaped object with red flickering lights on its periphery was seen over Los Angeles. The object flew north from southeast of Torrance at 7:48 pm.

Six Glowing Balls in Flight: Just after 11 pm on October 1, 2006, six very bright white glowing balls flew in a straight line, one right after the other above the mountains near Cuchara, Colorado. The witness was on his deck at an altitude of 9,100 feet when he saw the baseball-sized objects swiftly floating by.

Triangle with Lights on Each Point: A triangular-shaped object with lights on each point that made witnesses' car vibrate was seen on October 3, 2006 at 7:30 pm near Hereford, Arizona. He watched the triangular silhouette cross directly overhead and fly completely across Cochise valley.

Fly by Light: Havant, England inventor Roger Shawyer has developed an engine with no moving parts that he believes can replace rockers and make trains, planes and automobiles obsolete. The device is an engine that generates thrust purely from electromagnetic radiation - microwaves to be precise - by exploiting the strange properties of relativity. It has no moving parts and releases no exhaust or noxious emissions. Shawyer's engine would be propelled by microwaves generated from solar energy.

Lights on Mars: A news "leak" reported by a Los Angeles radio station said the Mariner 4 pictures show lights from the dark side of Mars, but personnel at the Jet Propulsion Lab were mum about the claim, saying key people from JPL were all in Washington, D.C. The station speculated that there would be a public announcement when they returned.

Slow Flying Triangle: An extremely large triangle flew slowly across the sky in the Bahamas on July 30, 1997 at 2 am. The witnesses were anchored on their boat on the ocean at least 50 miles from land in any direction. They said the big triangle was very thick and extremely huge. It passed within 400 yards of their boat.

Chrome Object: Witness reported seeing a "glowing chrome" object with no wings or contrails over Hendersonville, Tennessee at 7 am on September 27, 2006. It was extremely bright and made no sound. She could see airplanes in the sky at the same time but they were obviously airplanes - unlike the chrome object.

Triangle Fired-on by F-16: Four people on a canoe trip on June 28, 2006 near Peru, Indiana, spotted off to their left, a silvery triangular-shaped object moving from west to east. Directly overhead two F-16 fighters made a "combat" turn in the triangle's direction. One of the planes appeared to launch two missiles at the object. They described the missile as seeing a bright red light under each wing and then that red light was followed by a contrail away from the F-16.

Earth-like Planets may be Common: According to University of Colorado researchers, Earth-like planets orbiting stars beyond the sun may be more common than astronomers had thought, and some may be covered by deep oceans that could harbor life. More than 200 planets have already been detected around other stars.

Dark Triangle with Lighted Points: Two men in College Station, Texas, observed a dark triangular-shaped object with lighted points and a strange glowing mass in the center flying slowly overhead in early June 2001. They said it was moving slower than any aircraft they had ever seen. The object blacked-out stars as it passed through the sky. The lights on the points were light blue, yellow and light green. The body of the object was black against the night sky. The glowing mass in the center was also a faint color.

X-15 Pilot Films Object: Information from Edwards Air Force Base, California, on August 9, 1962 mentioned the possibility that an X-15 aircraft flying at 270,000 feet altitude encountered a strange phenomenon in space. Scientists were unable to identify the mysterious object sighted by pilot Major Bob White and photographed by a camera on the aircraft's tail. The event occurred on July 17 when White piloted the X-15 to a world airplane record of nearly 60 miles. NASA, after studying White's sighting report and films from the aircraft's cameras, released photographs of an object that darted above and behind the plane. The photographs, taken from the movie films, show an object that looks like a gray-white piece of paper.

Black Rectangular Object: A man living near Emporia, Kansas, had a close encounter with a black rectangular object in May 1962. He said the craft was 25 feet wide and 39 feet long. It was satin black and had four or five round windows. The inside was a yellow color. He was picking up his newspaper when he hear a whoosh and looked up. There was no engine sound. He said the object was about 100 feet in altitude and about 100 feet to the north of him. It was flying from east to west at approximately 40 mph.

Artificial Materials make Invisibility a Reality: David Schurig and David Smith of Duke University are making a cloak of invisibility. Smith said: "It's possible to make light follow curved lines that skirt an object rather than illuminate it. Light 'circulates around the void - like water flowing past a rock in a stream.' This would create a void in space - a place that is invisible."

Three Daylight Discs: At exactly 4: 43 pm on August 5, 2006, the witness from Delray Beach, Florida, was leaving work when he saw three white discs moving very slowly towards the west. They were to the northwest of his location and about one mile away. They were silent and moved in a "floating" pattern. Other people witnessed the event with him.

Two Disc-shaped Objects Spotted: The four witnesses to this event were in their backyard near Bethpage, New York, On August 1, 2006 at 8 pm. The saw a "circular disk-shaped thing" that was about 1,000 feet up in the air. It did not make a sound and was traveling very fast. They questioned if it was a balloon but discarded that explanation because of the way it was flying. The watched for two minutes and another one came right over their heads. The said it certainly was a disc that was silver (metallic) and appeared to be spinning. It was going about the same speed as the first one. Suddenly, it just disappeared.

Huge Craft Shot Down: Twelve witnesses from two different locations report seeing a craft the size of a football arena hovering near the southwest corner of the Fort Carson military base in Colorado. The craft appeared to be illuminated. It appeared to be like two boxes, one above the other, connected by a corridor. It seemed to be cover by glass panels and light from the inside was visible through these panels. There was a golden light coming off the main part of the craft and a very small light circled the whole craft. The small light change colors from red to blue to orange. After 15-20 minutes two helicopters came into the area from the north and approached the object. As they neared it, they stopped and backed off something like a thousand yards and held their ground at that point. Then three missiles came up from the ground, one after the other and landed in the belly of the craft. When the first missile hit, they could see the shell of the craft expand and contract as the inside blew up. The lights got dim and the craft fell to the ground.

Triangular Craft over Australia: Witness from Adelaide, Australia, heard an unusual sound at 2:20 am on July 21, 2006. She thought it was unusual to hear something at this time of day because Adelaide has a flight curfew between 11 pm and 5 am. She looked out and saw an illuminated triangle overhead. It had two clear blue-white lights and one red pulsating light. Then there was no noise. Then it just disappeared.

Scientists Erase Rat Brain: Scientists have for the first time erased long-term memories in rats and also directly seen how the brain is changed by learning. They examined the hippocampus, a structure critical for memory. Previous research showed persistent increases in the strength of the synapses that link the brain to the hippocampus. It is believed to help in memory formation. They found that they could erase long-term memory in rats by suppressing this synaptic strengthening.

Black Rectangle in Sky: Witness was aboard an airline flight heading for Minneapolis, MN. It was about 10:30 am on June 5, 2006. He was looking out the aircraft window looking at the clouds below, when he spotted a large (300-400 yards long) rectangle above the cloud. It was flat black in color and seemed to stay in one place above the clouds as he flew past.

New Explosive Defies Gravity: A San Francisco newspaper article made this claim in 1947 . It reads as follows: "Science has developed a new explosive powerful enough to hurl steel cones beyond the pull of gravity, where they will float around the earth forever, an astronomer said today. The explosive, named penolite, has been a closely-guarded military secret since its development seven years ago, according to Dr. Fritz Zwicky, astronomer at Mt. Wilson Observatory. In a report to the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, Zwicky said scientists already have attempted to toss projectiles high enough to become artificial satellites like the moon. The attempts failed but new experiments are being planned, he said. If the tests succeed they might mark a milestone in the development of inter-planetary communication, Zwicky said. Penolite is reputed to be about one-third more powerful than TNT and capable of propelling one of the cones at about six miles per second.

Two-foot Tall Beings: On June 30, 2006 at 7:30 pm in the small village of Nabada Kotiyahena, villagers said they had seen two-foot tall humanoid figures. In one incident a young girl named Piyumi Kaushalya went outside her house and saw the small being standing near the well. She said: "It seemed to write something and when I talked it ran away and got down to a paddy field. It disappeared after yellow, blue lights flashed on top of its head. There were two additional incidents that day, all involving adult villagers.

Submerged Object: In May 1968, the witness was aboard the USS Monrovia (APA31) and saw a large submerged luminescent object. It was nearby on the starboard side and clearly unidentified. It was approximately 50 yards in length and 30 yards at the widest point. It was an elongated ovoid shape. The color was a luminescent orange and was intermittently semi-transparent. He saw possible movement inside the object. It matched their course and speed for about 90 minutes during which time radio communication and radar would not function. He estimates that there were around 600 witnesses.

We'll see Aliens in the next 10 Years: Cardiff University Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe, a pioneer in the field of astronomy, says it is only a matter of time before contact is made with extraterrestrials. The professor believes that world peace could be brought about if it was proved aliens really were out there. "We will discover we are not alone, so what will all this bickering on our planet mean?" he said. "It will make us less bigoted as nations. Unity has to happen through extraterrestrial contact."

1947 Event Remembered: A man and his brother were playing marbles in their yard in Hayward, California in August 1947 when the ground around them was illuminated by gold light. They looked up to see five objects hovering overhead in a V-formation. The bottoms of the objects were smooth, with no seams or windows. They each had a smooth dome on top and a three-foot rainbow of colored gases around them. The lead object was directly overhead. After about ten minutes it started to move slowly over their orchard and the boys walked along beneath it. All five then grouped closer together and then went directly up into space and out of sight.

1947 Disc over Texas: A Waco, Texas couple reported seeing a disc-shaped object on July 9, 1947. The woman said: "We were in the yard and suddenly my husband pointed and said 'there's one of those flying discs'. I caught a glimpse of it, then a tree blotted it out and we ran to the end of the sidewalk and saw it again. It was curving from the path it was taking when we first saw it. It looked like it was the size of the bottom of a washtub and in proportion to its size looked about three inches thick.. It came from the west and was moving in an easterly direction. We were so positive of what we saw that we decided to call the newspaper and report the incident.

Rectangular Object over Washington: A young man was startled by a bright light overhead while walking in his neighborhood in Spokane, Washington, on June 15, 2006 at 11 pm. He said it approached him at an altitude that was twice as high as a two-story house. As it neared he could see it was rectangular with two lights on the front. It just looked like a totally silent box with headlights. He ran home and had his father come out and watch it with him as it flew away.

Bogus Explanation for UFOs in 1947: Three German scientists working under the personal sponsorship of Generalissimo Francisco Franco have developed two highly-advanced weapons of war, according to specifications and blueprints smuggled out of Spain by the agent of an independent European spy organization. The first weapon is an electromagnetic rocket which, it is claimed, is responsible for the "flying saucers" seen over the North American Continent last summer and for at least one and perhaps two hitherto unexplained accidents to transport aircraft. The second weapon is an artillery warhead employing the principal of nuclear energy and described as having a startling disintegrating power. According to the information available, the weapons were developed in secret laboratories located near Marbella on the south coast of Spain just east of Gibraltar. They were tested in France's presence early last summer. The rocket, known as KM2 - after its inventors, Professors Knoh and Mueller - was tested off Malaga while Franco watched from the deck of his yacht. The rocket is reported to have a 9,942 mile range.

Time Travel is just a Dimension Away: The title of Heinrich Pas's latest paper might not mean much to you. To those who know their theoretical physics, however, "Closed time-like curves in asymmetrically warped brane universes" contains a revelation. It suggests that time machine might be far more common than we ever thought possible. Forget trawling the universe in search of rotating black holes or exotic wormhole tunnels that could supposedly let us pop from one instant to another. According to Pas, a physicist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and his colleagues, the door to a time machine could be anywhere and everywhere in our universe. And unlike most other scenarios for time travel, we can test this one here on Earth.

Undetectable Lie Detector: The U.S. Department of Defense has revealed plans to develop a lie detector that can be used without the subject knowing they are being assessed. The Remote Personal Assessment (RPA) device will use microwave or laser beams reflected off a subject's skin to assess various physiological parameters without the need for wires or skin contacts. The device will train a beam on "moving and non-cooperative subjects" and use the reflected signal to calculate their pulse, respiration rate and changes in electrical conductance, known as the "galvanic skin response."

Digital Camera Blocking Technology Created: A team of Georgia Institute of Technology scientists have created a device that can block digital video camera from working in a specific area. The system works by looking for the reflectivity and shape of the image-producing sensors used in digital cameras. The digital camera's image sensor - called a CCD - sends light back directly to its origin rather than scattering it, making it relatively easy to detect and identify video cameras. Once a scanning laser and photo-detector located a video camera, the system would flash a thin beam of visible white light directly at the CCD, overwhelming the target camera with light and rendering recorded video unusable.

U.S. Government Order to Shoot-down UFOs: At the 2006 MUFON International UFO Symposium in Denver, CO, July 14-16, 2006, Emmy Award-winning TV producer and investigative reporter, Linda Moulton Howe, presented a a very exciting expose on how the U.S. Government tried to shoot-down UFOs and lost the battle. The information came from an official source. Former New Mexico State Representative, Andrew Kissner approached her in the mid-1990s to tell her about his official and off-the-record research concerning the 1947 Roswell and other alleged UFO crash retrieval incidents in New Mexico. Rep. Kissner asserted there had been an American government policy to shoot down unidentified aerial discs in the late 1940s until the discs retaliated. That retaliation included the deaths of many pilots and forced a change in American military aggression toward "enemy weapons systems." Linda presented firsthand testimonies, documents and other information about the battle for our skies. Linda's presentation is part of the new 2006 MUFON Symposium Proceedings available from the MUFON headquarters, at MUFON, P. O. Box 369, Morrison, CO 80465-0369, for $33 in the U.S. and Canada.

Car Radar/Laser Detector Reacts to UFO: The incident occurred between Austin and Houston, Texas on May 11, 2006. The witness was driving on Highway 290 when he spotted a very bright light to the northeast. Airplanes were flying at a much higher altitude on their approach into Houston Intercontinental Airport, but the light was extremely bright and not moving. After about 8 minutes he was within a mile of the light. It had no strobes and would hover for a few minutes and then make tight circles and hover again. He pulled over and watched it for another 5 minutes, and when it circled closer to his location, the radar/laser detector in his car went nuts - it was indicating every signal type at level 8. At this time the color shifted from amber to a metallic blue to magenta. The light would dim whenever an aircraft approached the area. Suddenly, it shot from one mile to five miles away to the north - the movement was instantaneous.

Large Black Rectangle: Three witnesses in a car spotted a large, black rectangular object with three lights over Santa Fe, NM. They described it as being more like a "square hole" than an object, because the interior of the square looked more like a "portal" than a vehicle. In a matter of seconds it simply disappeared from sight. The incident took place on May 12, 2006.

Line of Orange Lights in Sky: Three witnesses in Yuma, California reported that on October 9, 2004, they saw a line of five light orange colored lights sitting still in the sky like a row of stadium lights. Although the lights did not move or blink, they did shut off one at a time, leaving nothing be stars in the sky.

Object Hiding in Cloud: A retired Madisonville, Texas school teacher was driving down her gravel road when she spotted a low hanging cloud that was forming and 'boiling' around. As she watched a vehicle pushed part way out of the cloud for about 15 seconds. It only appeared part way out of the opaque cloud. It looked like an underwater probe. It was rounded in the front, looked metallic, and had two lights that were not on. Then it receded back into the cloud. No sound was heard.

Train Hits Object: On January 14, 2002 a coal train enroute from Russell, KY to Shelbiana, KY hit an unknown floating object hovering over the tracks. The crew's watches froze at 2:47 a.m. At the same time the entire locomotive electrical systems went haywire. It all began when the train crew thought they were approaching another train just around the curve in the tracks. As they rounded the corner, their onboard computer began to flash in and out, their speed recorder went nuts and both locomotives died. Then they saw at least 3 objects with searchlights trained on the river. The objects were metallic silver in color with multiple colored lights near the bottom and in the middle, and had no windows or openings. The objects were 18-20 feet in length and ten feet high. With both engines dead and making no noise, the train was still running at 30 mph when it hit the first object. The train was being pushed along by 16,000 tons of coal behind the locomotives. The object hit to top of the first unit, then clipped the back of the second unit and the first two coal cars. After it was all over they limped into the Paintsville yard where they were met at 5:15 am by a large crew of workers that took the locomotives and two damaged cars to another set of tracks under a large tent. The crew was taken inside and grilled about what happened. Later they were released to the railroad officials and told to keep quiet about this national security event. Circle of Lights over Michigan: Two witnesses spotted a stationary circle of lights over Port Huron, Michigan on May 6, 2006. As they watch, the lights started moving in the direction of Canada. Strangely, the lights had a green tint in their color. As they watched three small objects shot out of the left side of the larger object. The small objects flew away from the large object and then the large object disappeared. Almost immediately, the small objects also disappeared.

Triangle Lands in Kentucky: Two witnesses watched a triangle move over the field near their house on October 22, 2005. The object had red lights on the rear. As they watched it landed about 1/8 miles from the house and the red lights went out. Then it started moving across the field like a blinking white light. Each time it blinked it was in a different location as if it moved rapidly while the light was out.

Triangle over Lake Powell: At lunch time on May 12, 2006, two people heard loud jet noises and went outside to see two f-16s fly by. As they looked back to where the jets came from they say a dull gray colored triangular object hovering over the lake. As they watched it would phase in and out of visibility. Each time it became visible it was several thousand feet from where it had disappeared. It made no noise. After about three minutes, the object blinked out one more time and was never seen again.

Is it Raining Aliens? In April 2006, Godfrey Louis, a solid-state physicist at Mahatma Gandhi University in southern India, presented a paper in Astrophysics and Space Science where he hypothesized that the mysterious red particles that showered India in 2001 contained microbes from outer space. He was able to isolate strange, thick-walled, red-tinted cell-like structures about 10 microns in size that although they lack DNA they still reproduce plentifully, even in water superheated to 600 degrees. He speculates that the particles could be extraterrestrial bacteria adapted to the harsh conditions of space. They could have been dumped into the upper atmosphere by a comet and when mixed with rain above India the fell to the ground.

Mystery Disease in Texas: People in south Texas are reporting a strange malady. They claim that they suffer from skin lesions that do not heal. Then they have a crawling sensation on the surface of their skin. They suffer from fatigue and cognitive difficulties. The strangest symptom comes when fibers pop out of their skin. Clinicians say that although a lot of the fibers are white, they have seen blue, green, red and black fibers that fluoresce when viewed under ultraviolet light. A variety of other symptoms range from neurological and gastrointestinal problems to changes in skin pigment. Some people have also reported black, tarry beads of sweat. Labeled as Morgellons Disease, the Morgellons Research Foundation says that thousands of people have registered with it.

Military is Back-Engineering UFOs: According to a Russian news source, the U.S. CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, Military Intelligence, NASA and NORAD all have a wealth of UFO information and while trying to keep it out of the public eye, they are busy trying to replicate the technology involved. One such object was described as being shaped like a rounded disk-like "platform" which is dissimilar to any designs currently in use. The design is baffling because of the lack of any outboard propulsion system, ventilation or exhaust ducts. They claim that Dr. Oppenheimer and Dr. Von Karman both suggested that the objects carry an atomic engine. Interestingly, there is a flight compartment in the vehicle, begging the question whether or not the device is piloted or remote controlled.

A Version of an Unstable Molecule: A version of an unstable molecule that has only ever existed in interstellar space has been made in the lab. Cyclopropenylidene is a triangular molecule with a carbon atom at each corner. Two are bonded to hydrogen and have "full" outer shells of electrons, but one has an unfilled shell and reacts with any molecule it encounters. Researchers say that in space "there are a lot of molecules that are really crazy.'

First U.S. Crop Circle in 2006: The first crop formation in the U.S. has appeared in Southern Ohio. It is what is referred to as RDF, or random downed crop. The field contained a stand of winter wheat over four feet high. The field was investigated on April 22 and 23 by researchers Charles Lietzau, Ph.D., Jeffery Wilson, MS, Ted Robertson, Roger Sugden and a number of MUFON members. They said the field was LNEAT positive, meaning there was a statistically significant difference between the control plants and the downed plants.

Arrowhead Shaped Object over Texas: A man was driving along Royal Lane in the Dallas, Texas area when he noticed an object slow to a stop over a residential area. He said it was shaped like an arrowhead with a thin tail. He could clearly see the black profile of the thing. It resembled a "triangular" shaped craft seen in many documentaries but it was smaller in size, measuring only about 40 feet from point to point. It slowed to 20-30 mph with a northern trajectory. As he approached, it stopped and hovered, then moved in a southern direction. He passed under it. It was only about 250 feet above him and made no noise.

Large Object over New Mexico: Two people reported seeing a UFO coming toward them from the west, going east on October 11, 2000. They were in Dona Ana County in New Mexico. The object hovered over a house just two houses away for about 3 minutes. There was no breeze and no sound - not even the chirping of birds. It was daylight and they were looking up at the underside of the object. The point was toward them, and under the point was a large round orange light that appeared to have a slow swirling movement within it. The light was like the bright orange of flame. The bottom appeared black and had a lenticular shape. After it hovered, the point of it slowly turned toward the north and it began to bank to its left slightly and moved to the north past the rooftop of the neighbor's house. As it moved away toward Las Cruces, a large teardrop shape came out of its center.

Voices in the Head: Do you remember when people believed you were crazy for hearing voices in their heads? Though we are just publicly learning about this technology, you can be sure the military has been "messing with our minds" for years. It also makes sense that a "higher intelligence" might communicate with some of us in this manner. And it puts a whole new light on the concept of channeling. Those voices in your head may be real. Researchers have developed technology that can project a beam of sound so narrow that only one person can hear it.

San Diego Mystery Boom: A sonic boom originating in "Warning Area 291" about 120 miles off the U.S. coast and traveling in to the beach and on to the desert at the speed of sound has yet to be explained. Although the source was located in a million square mile part of the Pacific that is closed to civilian use, the military said they had no ships or planes in the area at the time. It has been described as a "skyquake."

Space Test Pilots: The U.S. Air Force Space Command is assembling the nation's first "space test pilots," who will conduct experimental space-based demonstrations and pathfinder projects. The unit, activated in March, will develop operational concepts for space systems. Most projects will be so highly classified that the commanders won't be able to tell what they do.

Finnish Officials Photograph UFOs: Finnish officials have filmed UFOs by infrared video at least twice, November 2003 and April 2005. No normal explanations have been found, neither by officials or by UFO researchers. Many Air Force and Finnair pilots have seen UFOs during the last 50 years. Both the Finnish Air Force and Finnair have followed the general international style not to publish the sightings. They feel that because there are no normal explanations for UFOs, it is better to be silent. Ilpo Koskinen, pilot and UFO researcher, estimated that every fourth pilot has seen UFOs.

Foo-fighters over Germany : The following story came from an American Night Fighter Base in France on January 1, 1945. "The Germans have thrown something new into the night skies over Germany - the weird, mysterious "foo-fighter," balls of fire that race alongside the wings of American Beaufighters flying intruder missions over the Reich. American pilots have been encountering the eerie "foo-fighter" for more than a month in their night flights. No one apparently knows exactly what this sky weapon is. The balls of fire appear suddenly and accompany the planes for miles. They appear to be radio-controlled from the ground and keep up with planes flying 300 miles an hour, official intelligence report reveal. "There are three kinds of these lights we call 'foo-fighters,'" Lieut. Donald Meiers of Chicago said. "One is red balls of fire which can appear off our wing tips and fly along with us; the second is a vertical row of three balls of fire which fly in front of us, and the third is a group of about fifteen lights which appear off in the distance - like a Christmas tree up in the air - and flicker on and off. "A 'foo-fighter' picked me up recently at 700 feet and chased me twenty miles down the Rhine Valley," Lieutenant Meiers said. "I turned to starboard and two balls of fire turned with me. I turned to the port side and they turned with me. We were going 260 miles an hour and the balls were keeping right up with us.. Lieut. Wallace Gould of Silver Creek, NY, said that the lights had followed his wing tips for a while and the, in a few seconds zoomed 20,000 feet into the air and out of sight..

Reflective Sphere over Idaho Springs, Colorado - On February 18, 2006 MUFON received an eyewitness report from the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies. Two witnesses saw a slow-moving reflective sphere that changed to into a teardrop as they watched.

Blob with Bluish Ring - About 4:30 a.m. on December 2, 2005, a large number of people reported seeing a bright light with a ring around it over Kohima Village in India. The light was a "blob" like a nuclear explosion in space, encircled by a vibrating blue ring. Duration of the event was around 10 to 15 minutes.

Disc over Camarillo, California - Two witnesses reported seeing a gray or silver metallic-looking disc that made no sound as it hovered low over their house and then rose up and soared over the neighborhood. Interestingly, their dogs were barking like crazy throughout the event.

Bright Object Near Highway in Oregon - MUFON Field Investigator Jerry Shifman investigated a close encounter near the highway between Astoria and Portland, Oregon on December 30, 2005, just after 6 a.m. Three witness in the car said it was a "classic flying saucer," as large as a big truck. Triangle over Southern California - A witness from Costa Mesa saw a bright light in the sky on February 23, 2006. With binoculars it was a triangle with many small lights on the bottom surface. It glowed brilliantly in many colors. He was able to get on photograph of the object.

Pilot Observes Object over New Mexico - A UFO was sighted over Albuquerque at 1:12 a.m. on February 24, 2006. It was disc-shaped, light colored and semi-reflective. It was about ¼ mile distance and at an altitude between 750 and 1,000 feet. It was about the size of an F-15 jet fighter.

Silent Triangle over Ware Shoals, S.C. - Three witnesses saw a black triangular mystery craft pass silently over the highway at 10:30 - 11:00 p.m. on November 25, 2005. Seeing it at first as a bright light, the trio drove until they were directly under the craft. The large craft floated slowly over them almost grazing the tops of the pine trees and appearing as a black triangle with rounded corners. Each corner had a bluish-white light, with red lights between the corners on each side.

Two Discs over Army Ammunition Plant - Two disc-shaped objects were observed going north in formation over the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant on February 8, 2006 just before 1 p.m. The discs had a reddish-rust colored center, with a gray-blue outer edge. After crossing the area, they rose up into a cloud and out of sight.

Triangle near Des Moines, Iowa - State Director Beverly Trout reported the sighting by a witness on the way to work at the VA Hospital of a brilliant white-lit triangle on March 1, 2006 at 5 a.m. The duration of the sighting was 19 minutes.

Colonel Rivkins said the New Mexico rocket behaved according to the rules going up. But what became of the warhead? Conservative experts think it landed somewhere. Others of the Jules Verne school note that 2,000 pounds, traveling at 2,400 miles per hour, can't exactly sneak in. The rocket is capable of digging a 40-foot hole on land. Did the warhead go beyond the pull of gravity? Scientists speak of "space platforms," stopovers for a cup of coffee, refueling spots and transfer points for round-the-world travelers - or maybe to the moon. These "space platforms" are to be rocketed into the sky up beyond the pull of gravity. There they are supposed to just hang. Searching parties have been out by jeep and plane. At altitudes as low as 10, 20 and 100 feet, a plane has criss-crossed the testing area looking for the lost warhead."

Pilot Briefed on Roswell Crash - Brian Vike has been in contact with an F-111 pilot that claims he was one of 48 pilots briefed about the Roswell crash at Cannon AFB near Clovis, New Mexico in June of 1976. In the material supplied to Vike by the pilot the claimed briefing says that a craft of unknown extraterrestrial origin crashed on a ranch near Roswell, NM, in July 1947. Further, it says that there were four or five occupants on the craft. Each had a large head, almond-shaped dark eyes, and a slit for a mouth. They were only four feet tall. Asteroid Could hit Earth in 2036 - Astronomers say that a 1,000-foot-diameter asteroid discovered last year has a slight possibility of hitting Earth in 2036. While the chance is only one in 5,500, the group wants NASA to land a transponder on the rock, 99942 Apophis, to track its orbit. Huge Airship May be Built - While no evidence exists, some people still believe UFOs are just classified military airships. However, the U.S. Missile Defense Agency believes a large airship could be useful as an airborne missile defense sensor. They have awarded a $149 million contract to Lockheed Martin Corp. to build a prototype 400-foot-long airship that could fly at 60,000 feet at 22 knots airspeed and loiter for 30-days. Later an operational version of the airship could stay aloft for 180-days. The prototype won't fly until 2009 and the test program will last two years. Huge Rectangle Observed in Nevada - Witness observed a large square-shaped object flying diagonally across the intersection on the Boulder Highway in Henderson at 6:30 p.m. on January 8, 2006. It was huge, the size of two football fields and had a line of lights. He could feel the vibration of the engine as it went over head. There were seven lights in the line of lights. Another Bright Star of the UFO World has been Dimmed - We have lost another good friend. Robert V. Pratt (Bob) died on Monday, November 21, 2005, at the age of 79 after a brief illness. Large Triangle Over Norman, Oklahoma - Witness went outside at 3:45 a.m. to retrieve his newspaper and notices two airplanes to the north. Then he saw a silent triangular craft over his house. It had dim white lights on each corner of the triangle. He said it was "massive" in size. It blanked out the stars as it flew in a southwesterly direction. The size was 300 to 400 yards end-to-end. The duration of the over flight was about 20 seconds. He contacted the Norman police department and filed a report. The witness is an ex-law enforcement officer and is a private pilot. UFOs Over Wales - The British Ministry of Defence released confidential papers stating that UFOs they could not identify have been sighted in Wales numerous times over the past three years. Julie Monk of the Ministry of Defence's Directorate of Air Staff made it clear that a UFO classification simply meant no rational explanation for a sighting could be found, not that it was extraterrestrial in origin. Star On The Run - Astronomers announced on November 9, 2005 that they have discovered a massive star moving extremely quickly through the outer halo of the Milky Way, and into intergalactic space. The star, named HE 0437-5439, was discovered as a part of the Hamburg/ESO star survey, and was clocked traveling at 1.6 million miles per hour.

Strange Marks on Cattle - Scott Corrales reported on November 16, 2005 that 25 cows on at ranch at La Pampa, Argentina were found with strange marks on the upper reaches of their scapulas. The marks were perfect circles about 5 centimeters in diameter left "burn marks" on the hide of the cattle, resembling a spot where a suction cup had been applied. Triangular Craft Over Canada - Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research provided an excellent description of one of the large triangular objects over Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. The massive object came right over the house, low enough he could have hit it with a slingshot. It was 500 to 700 feet wide at the widest point. It was barely moving and periodically stopping and starting as it flew. It had brownish-orange dim lights at each rounded point of the triangle. It seemed to be a blue-black color overall. Strange Lights Reported - Residents across California and Nevada reported seeing a series of strange lights on Wednesday, October 26, 2005. They were solid lights that appeared to hover. Glowing Blue Object - A glowing blue object was spotted by two truck drivers in eastern Oregon near the Idaho State border. Hiding Behind a Plasma Screen - Highly qualified researchers have claimed that UFOs hide behind a plasma screen to enhance their speed and maneuverability and to cloak their visibility. The problem with the theory is that they have trouble proving it. A step in the right direction was made several years ago when one large aircraft company tried setting up a plasma field around an aircraft to stop the sonic boom when the speed of sound is exceeded. Now the Russians claim to be building a plasma screening device that will cleverly hide an aircraft from radar. Instead of reflecting the radar wave, the Russian device completely disperses it by means of a plasma screen created by a mobile plasma generator. The generator is small and light. The device emits powerful electron beams that ionize the air around the aircraft effectively creating a plasma cloud around it. Liquidmetal - Now A Reality - A revolution in metals has arrived. NASA, the California Institute of Technology and the U.S. Department of Energy united to develop a new building material. "Liquidmetal" is a type of allow, a mix of three or more metals, with characteristics similar to plastic that cools quickly and has more than twice the strength of titanium. These new "shapeless alloys" combine the strength of steel with the molding capability of plastic. Using two high-vacuum electrostatic levitator facilities at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center and at Caltec, the researchers were able to create a new form of mixed metals that went from a liquid to a solid at room temperature. Transparent Metal - For years UFO witnesses have claimed that the surface of the object appeared to be solid metal, but when inside they could see through the walls in certain areas of the craft. Now the U.S. Army, along with the University of Dayton Research in Ohio has developed a new type of transparent armor made of aluminum that may replace windows in military vehicles. The new material performs better than multilayered glass and is about half as heavy. The material is a ceramic compound with a high compressive strength and durability. It is virtually scratch-resistant. To make the material, glass is sandwiched between an outer layer of the polished aluminum oxynitride and a polymer backing. Portable Radar Devices see Through Walls and Report What is Inside - Small portable radar devices no larger than a pair of encyclopedia volumes have been developed for use by police officers and military personnel to "see through walls." They are essentially small ultra wideband high-speed, low-power radio communications transmission devices, turned into radars via a software change. These radars generate ten million 300-500 picosecond-long pulses ever second - each one at well below 100 microwatts to "see" what is on the other side of walls. Strange Cattle Deaths - The Asian Age reported on November 13, 2005 that 171 cows had died in the past ten days, from unknown medical reasons, in the Rayan Talavdi village in Ajwa taluka in India. Strange Horse Deaths - In October 2005, twenty-two horses and a burro were found dead. Six of the horses and the burro were found on October 11 and 16 more horses were found on a neighboring ranch on October 22. The initial reason for the deaths was said to be lightning strikes, but later, a veterinarian ruled out lightning as the cause. The horses were strewn around the fields near Calhan, Colorado, a small town about 35 miles northeast of Colorado Springs. Erratic Moving Object in Colorado: A pretty significant sighting occurred just before 10 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2005, just east of Austin, CO. It involved a red and white light doing very erratic and unusual movements. The two witnesses watched it move around erratically while changing in intensity. It was last seen going in the direction of Paonia. A number of aircraft were also in the area, but the object was doing maneuvers very different from the aircraft. The case is still under investigation.

Orbs Exposed: With the development of reliable and inexpensive digital cameras, more and more people are sending in photos of orbs or little balls of light that show up in their prints. Nearly always, the photographer was unaware of the orbs - they were not visible. When subject to analysis, these photos reveal very little additional information. We realize this is frustrating to the photographer, but it is a situation that is reported over and over.

  Two scientists, Gary E. Schwartz and Katherine Creath, both from the University of Arizona at Tucson, did some experimental work that may explain some of the orb photos. They took approximately one thousand photographs with five different digital cameras in situations that might replicate capturing the orb images. More than two hundred of the images contained orbs. During their analysis of images they arrived at two possible explanations. 1) Stray reflections, often from the flash, from shiny objects in the environment (mirrors, glass windows, doorknobs, furniture, metal art work) that are then doubly re-reflected off the lens surfaces proved to be an explanation for some of the orbs. 2) Diffraction from the flash reflecting off of dust and dirt particles near but not on the lens.

Walking Through Walls: In hundreds of abduction cases, the experiencers report being moved through walls and other solid objects. Many people have discounted their testimony calling it "impossible" or "crazy." Now that opinion is being challenged. Moses Chan and his associates at Pennsylvania State University have created the world's first "supersolids," bizarre crystals that slide through each other like ghosts. It is a finding that promises to revolutionize the way we think about matter. "It really changes one's concepts of solids," says Jason Ho, a solid-state theorist at Ohio State University in Columbus.

  According to the researchers, solids get their reassuring rigidness from the orderly way their atoms are arranged. Unlike liquids and gases, the atoms in a crystal are fixed, a bit like the squares on a checkerboard. While they may quiver a little due to their thermal energy, this normally isn't enough to dislodge the atoms and cause them to flow over each other. In some crystals, the bonds between atoms are weak and an atom may break free. This leaves the crystal latticework full of gaps call "zero-point vacancies" and these vacancies are mobile. Scientists think these vacancies have energy and mass just as atoms do.

  While this work does not mean we can suddenly walk through walls, it is the beginning of a whole other realm of science. No doubt it will lead to many other breakthroughs. The article "Just Passing Through," by Catherine Zandonella is should be high on all researcher's reading list.

Aircraft Accompanied By UFO: During the last week of July 2005, a UFO was reported to the south of Santa Rosa, Argentina, just as a commercial airliner was making its final approach to the local airport's runway. The Airport Control Tower operator was monitoring the approach of the commercial flight when he detected the presence of a luminous object moving slowly and parallel to the aircraft.

  The tower operator requested a confirmation of the unknown object from the Flight Plan Operator, located on the lower level of the control tower building. Both men could visualize the airliner entering its final approach from a south to north direction while the luminous object halted its movement, issues a bright flash of intense blue-white light, re-started its movement, stopped again to emit another flash, and subsequently vanished before its departure trajectory could be detected. The airliner's crew never saw the object.

Maneuvering, White Circular Object: The observer was lying on the ground in a park in Hawthorn East, Victoria, Australia, on August 23, 2005, at 9 p.m., when he spotted a "relatively small, white, circular object to his upper left, in the southern cloud filled sky, at around 75 degrees above the horizon." It was flying silently. He said it flew "sort of agitatedly through the clouds, and was only partially visible until it made its way into a clearing where he could see it better." He said it moved too fast to be a satellite. He could detect a faint red light on the object. Suddenly the object made a silent, very sharp 180 degree turn so that it was traveling in the opposite direction, but without any noticeable loss of speed. A second object emerged from the clouds behind the first and caught up to fly in formation together. They proceeded into a large cloud bank and were lost from sight.

Australian Pilots Report Strange Objects: This is a very old report, but probably has not been seen by many people interested in UFOs today. It happened January 5, 1954 in Australia.

  Two experienced civil airline pilots told their "flying saucer" stories last night for the first time. Both men are veteran fliers, with more than 8,000 hours to their credit. The first is Captain Bob Jackson, of ANA, who says he 'met' a saucer near Sydney 18 months ago. The second is Captain Ivan Woolley, also of ANA.

  Captain Jackson said that he had not reported his "brush" with a saucer because he, too, like many other senior pilots, feared ridicule. He said: "I was flying toward Mascot, near Worinora Dam, about 11 p.m., when suddenly I saw a flash of light. I watched the thing with an orange colored light at the tail flash past toward the coast, near Wollongong. Naturally the first thing I did was to call Mascot control to ask if any other planes were in the vicinity. They replied their radar proved negative. About two minutes later the thing appeared again. It made a complete circle around us and vanished again toward the coast at a terrific speed. I can't explain it. All I know is it was nerve-wracking. I mentioned to control that if their radar failed to pick up an object - and it was a definite object - then it must be a flying saucer. They laughed, so I've kept quiet about it. "

  Captain Woolley had a different experience. He said that he was mowing his lawn recently when he noticed sheets of metal-like substance floating down near his home at West Footscray. He said: "I saw them float downwards, like scraps of paper, until they were about 200 feet high. And then they suddenly shot up at terrific speed. The sheets were dark brown. They could not have been balloons."

UFO Mystery Leaves Experts Baffled: Balls of multi-colored lights were seen over the Louth area of the United Kingdom on September 11, 2005 around 10 p.m. Witness Steve Whittleton, 34, from St. Bernard's Avenue, said: "I saw two UFOs - I'm certain of that. There were two massive orange balls right above me, moving slowly. I wanted to rub my eyes but I did not want to miss them. I told my wife, but she thought I was bonkers, but I know what I saw."

  A spokesman at the Coast Guard Headquarters in Great Yarmouth said the strange lights seen over Trusthorpe last were nothing to be concerned about - and were likely to have been made by military aircraft. But an RAF spokesman said Sunday's orange balls were a mystery. There were no military aircraft in the area at that time. The spokesman for Air Traffic Control said they were closed.

Thailand Villagers Claim ET Sighting: Villagers claimed on September 9, 2005 that they witnessed an "alien" or extraterrestrial being which appeared like a small-body man with a large head and about 70 centimeters tall. Over 10 residents of Huay Nam Village in Mae Jan district's Tambon Janjawa said they saw the ET in a rice field outside the village.

  Sawaeng Boonyalak, 35, said he heard from friends that they saw the alien so he rushed to see it. "The alien is about 70 cm high and has yellow skin and flat chest. Its mouth is very tiny. It has bald big head with big eyes and big ears," Sawaeng said.

  Sawaeng said the alien wandered around the field for about an hour without caring the villagers were looking at it. "Suddenly, the alien floated to a tree top. After more villagers came to see it, it floated into the sky into the bright light," Sawaeng said.

  Mae Jan district chief Wisit Sitthisombat said he interviewed over ten villagers and they consistently testified about sighting the alien. "I asked them to draw what they have seen and the picture came out similarly," Wisit said.

UFO Spotted over Worle, United Kingdom: A long flat gray object was seen suspended in the clear sky about the Spring Hill area on September 2, 2005. Dennis Owen, of Edgecombe Avenue, saw the object about 3:30 p.m. The 70-year-old former aircraft inspector at British Aerospace, said: "It seemed to suddenly appear and was in silhouette. At first I thought it was a weather balloon but it was the wrong shape. When I looked at it with binoculars, I saw it was not undulating in the way a balloon would be. It was not possible to say how big it was or how fast it was moving. It had no windows or protuberances and after about half an hour, it rose up through thin clouds and disappeared."

  A spokesman from Bristol International Airport said no unusual objects or near misses with any aircraft had been reported over Worle at that time.

Noisy UFO Hovering Over Homes in the United Kingdom: A noisy UFO woke Birch Hill residents in the early hours of October 10, 2005, when it zoomed over the sleeping suburb. The craft spent half-an-hour above houses in Jevington before zipping towards South Hill Peak, according to witnesses.

  Scott Mallia said: "I have never seen anything like that before. It looked like a pile of scaffolding with lights, red, blue and orange ones. It also had a big spotlight that was moving around. I don't think it was a helicopter because it sounded like a vacuum cleaner or a generator." They said the event occurred at 2:30 a.m. and it woke everyone in the area.

Triangle With Three Big Spheres Over Marsden, Queensland: A man walking home at 10:20 p.m. on April 25, 2005, saw a large triangle in the sky above him. It had three big spheres underneath it and three lights with big grids under each light. The object made no noise and blocked out the sky and moonlight as it passed overhead. The lights were a creamy-yellow with low luminosity. The witness estimated the object was at an altitude of 1,000 feet. He could see lights from the ground glowing underneath the object as it moved away. The sighting lasted for about 3 seconds.

Colorado Boomerang Shaped Object: A man in Boulder, Colorado, reported he was laying down in a local park at 8:20 p.m. on September 19, 2005, when he witnessed a boomerang shaped craft cross the sky directly overhead. He said: "The craft had no lights, but was quite large and easy to spot as a nearly full moon was just coming up over the horizon. I managed to see the craft as it blocked out the stars, and they blinked in and out as it traversed the sky. The craft was 3 or 4 inches between my thumb and index finger at arm's length. The craft was definitely under intelligent control and moved from north to southwest without a sound. It was dark in color similar to the night sky. I watched the craft traverse overhead in a straight line for ten seconds. Other airplanes with lights were in the area.

Animal Reactions to UFOs: According to researcher Joan Woodward, animal reports in UFO cases have some special characteristics, as follows:

• Animal reactions as described by witnesses are reasonable, not bizarre.
• Fear is the most common reaction.
• The sightings with animal reactions are relatively close encounters, and the UFOs tend to linger.
• Sound associated with the UFO is important, but its importance varies with the types of animals present.

New United Kingdom UFO Statistic: According to the British web newspaper the Mirror, almost 80% of the people believe in aliens. One in 15 think they have seen a UFO, with most sightings coming from the North West, according to the Science Museum in London. It will host a new exhibition, the Science of Aliens, from October. Strange Lights Photographed Over Standing Rock, NM: The Gallup, NM Independent web newspaper, a strange V-shaped formation of lights has been seen several times throughout the area. The photograph shows a chain of yellow, red and orange lights in a large V-formation going from west to east. It took 90 seconds for the lights to pass overhead. Phoenix Lights Again? Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO Research obtained photographs of three bright orange lights in a straight line over the Estrella Mountains near Phoenix, AZ. Ex-Special Constable Saw UFO: Janet Burrell reported that she saw a UFO over Binfield, England around 30 years ago. She saw the UFO one night when she was having trouble sleeping. She described it as a bright, bright light far away. While she watched it came closer and closer and finally hovered outside her bedroom window. Then it dropped down and turned away. Cattle Mutilations Return to Argentina: According to researcher Scott Corrales (INEXPLICATA - The Journal of Hispanic Ufology) three cows were mutilated in Idevi Fields. One of the animals was reported to be missing the right eye, ear and tongue and the skin of its jawbone had been excised with straight, cauterized incisions. Triangular Craft Over India: India Daily reported on August 10, 2005 that large, triangular-shaped UFOs, black in color, with rounded corners and making a low, humming noise have been seen over India. They speculate that the triangular shaped UFOs use anti-gravity propulsion. They also use superconductors to create the electromagnetic flux as well as the anti-gravity propulsion. Triangular Craft Over Peterborough, Ontario: Brian Vike reported the sighting of a large triangular craft at Peterborough, Ontario, Canada on July 5, 2004 at 4:00 a.m. Interestingly, the witness said the object came right over his house so low he could have hit it with a slingshot. It was moving extremely slowly. Then it stopped and moved sideways. It was triangular with dim brownish-orange lights on each corner. The corners were rounded, not pointed. It sat there for three minutes while he observed it at close range. He said it was a blue-black color and appeared to have a rough surface. 1944 Objects Over Berlin, Germany: Note in the following article that the AAF Headquarters office in Washington, DC had no reports of the Foo Fighters seen by American and British pilots when flying over Germany on bombing missions. The cover-up started early.

  "Washington, Dec. 20 - No "detectable effects" have been noted from the mysterious "silver balls" that, American pilots recently reported, were floating over Berlin, an official Army Air Force spokesman said today. The objects were described as silver, or silver-colored, but the AFF does not know whether they are metal, the spokesman said. He added that the descriptions had been contained in newspaper reports and that headquarters here had had no reports from the theatre." Strange Airship Over Salida, Colorado in 1917: According to the Salida newspaper someone took the appearance of "airships" over Pueblo very seriously, as noted below:

  "E.C. Newby and Cal Brown motored to Pueblo Sunday to visit the Salida boys at Camp Gunter, returning yesterday. They declared the boys were all in good spirits but the principal excitement was over the nightly appearance of an unusual light, which is suspected of being a new style of air craft. The light also has been seen in Salida by several people and opinion is divided as to whether it is the Pike's Peak searchlight or a strange flyer. Some of the Salida observers say the light is of various hues and appears in different parts of the skies. Some saw the light in two places
