Kim Posey
FOX News, KDVR Channel 31
100 E. Speer Blvd.
Denver, CO 80203-3437Dear Ms. Posey,

For the past thirty-five years the Mutual UFO Network has been working with media representatives to collect reports of Unconventional Flying Objects (UFOs) as they happen, present the work being done by our investigators and scientists, and share the results of our work with the public. As a non-profit organization we depend on volunteers worldwide to accomplish our mission, which is "the scientific study of UFOs for the benefit of mankind through investigation, research and education." The work our team does can be made easier or more difficult depending on the quality of television, radio and print news reporting.

MUFON International Director John Scheussler presents the Award of Excellence to Denver Fox News' Kim Posey

Our awards team reviewed the media coverage of the UFO subject over the past three years to determine where the best contributions have been made in order to select the recipient of the MUFON EXCELLENCE AWARD. It is our pleasure to tell you that your FOX television news contributions were rated in the "outstanding" class. You have consistently presented fair, unbiased, and factual coverage every time you addressed this subject. Therefore, it is our pleasure to present you with the 2004 MUFON Excellence in Television News Reporting award.

Best regards,

John F. Schuessler
MUFON International Director
